The Intro to Adventure + Base Camp Alpha Package is the perfect starting point for new or returning riders who want to build foundational off-road skills and then immediately experience a real-world adventure. You’ll begin with Intro to Adventure, Rawhyde’s core training program that teaches the essential techniques needed to handle basic off-road terrain. The course covers balance, body positioning, throttle and clutch control, braking on loose surfaces, slow-speed maneuvering, hill climbs and descents, navigating small obstacles, and reading the terrain. It’s designed to give you the confidence and competence required for safe, enjoyable exploration beyond the pavement.

Once you’ve learned the fundamentals, you’ll roll straight into the Base Camp Alpha Tour, an overnight backcountry experience that brings those skills to life. With a fully supported camp, great meals, and expert instructors riding alongside you, Base Camp Alpha introduces you to the rhythm and flow of real off-road travel. You’ll apply everything you learned in Intro — choosing lines, maintaining balance on varied surfaces, controlling momentum, managing climbs and descents, and adapting to the natural challenges of the terrain. It’s the ideal environment to ease into adventure touring without the pressure of going it alone.

This combined package gives riders an immediate pathway from learning to doing.
