Meet your coaches

My name is John "Jack" Miller, a Colorado native. Growing up on the ski hills and continued work within the ski industry brought me to the world of adventure riding late in life. A couple years ago I stumbled upon a RawHyde video of a rider doing the teeter-totter exercise at the California training facility. After seeing the incredible capability of the BMW GS, I bought one the next day and a week later was at the Colorado facility taking the "Intro to Adventure" class.

While not having years of riding experience, like the other extraordinary RawHyde coaches, my background as an US Olympic ski racer, being coached by the best trainers in the world and coaching other world class athletes allows me to bring a lifetime of performance-based instruction to Jim's coaching staff and you. Speed, vision, balance, the principals of biomechanics, controlling & using the forces of physics and the building of a mechanical foundation, it's amazing how offroad adventure riding and alpine skiing are so similar. Simply put, I love it and can't wait to share my knowledge and learn more from you in a RawHyde training class or on an epic tour!
